Everyone has one, this is ours.
We have developed a pretty straightforward way to do very innovative things.
The Harmonypark Model is simple, yet strong. We have developed an in-depth understanding for the way people navigate, communicate and interact within a mobile and digital world. This understanding has lead us to create a 5-stage process that builds upon an expertise in incubating, launching and operating products and services and uses it to guide ideas from seed stage through to a successful market capitalisation.
Stage 1: Seed
It all starts with the Seed stage where ideas and opportunities that often come about from common problems we face in work/personal experience are evaluated for the perceived opportunity to create a new or better solution.
Stage 2: Incubate
The next stage is Incubation where the seed idea is analysed in terms of feasibility and originality, market demand, market size, customer value and potential for a sound business model to be built. If such a case exists a prototype is created that solves the problem in an innovative and engaging way.
Stage 3: Grow
In the Grow stage we launch the product/service, grow the team that operates the business unit and, most importantly, grow the user base using marketing, promotional and partnership efforts. When a point of critical mass is reached the product/service can enter the spin-out stage.
Stage 4: Spin-out
The Spin-out stage is where the external funding comes into play which can come in the form of either private or institutional investment. The interim CEO from within Harmonypark is succeeded by a new hire from a key postion within the industry that the product/service is capitalising upon. The business now lives and grows outside of the Harmonypark incubation pipeline.
Stage 5: Sell
The Sell stage is the final part of the process. The nature of the sale depends on the revenue model and market capitalisation of the product/service in question, but Harmonypark aim to retain equity stake in the business vehicle by the time the point of sale is reached (the level of stake is dependent upon the nature of each individual partnership). As such, the sale of each product or service may represent a full or partial exit strategy for investors in Harmonypark.
